A microsite based on a design by Dan Rose at Breed Media. I made heavy use of jQuery to hide and display all the different content within the one web page. Also features an image gallery powered by Lightbox.

For this website, I was given a database of Sheffield-based service providers for people with learning disabilities. This was converted to a MySQL database, and PHP was then used to display the multitude of information as clearly as possible.

A cosmic design for the legendary Sheffield-based Planet Zogg party crew! Currently a static site, I will be designing a customised Wordpress theme in the near future to allow fully editable features.

A sister-site to Reach 4 the Stars, the focus of this learning disability-friendly nightclub’s website was accessibility and usability. The style reflects that of Reach 4 the Stars, but with brighter colours and a lighter more playful mood.
Beyond this, the challenge was to allow the clients to manage both sites through the same Wordpress admin page. The sites had to function independently yet be fed by the same news feeds and mailing list sign-up facility. The result is that the clients can maintain two websites extremely rapidly. Other design challenges included implementing a full photo gallery that the clients could use with no prior knowledge, and the ability for the resulting galleries to propagate through different aspects of the site automatically.

The website for this learning disability charity strikes a balance between a welcoming style for their service-users, and a slick appearance for prospective funding bodies. Full accessibility styling options are available for users with visual disabilities.
The site's CMS is powered by Wordpress, and allows news posts to propagate through different pages in the site depending on their category. I implemented a custom template for the styling and layout. A database-driven mailing list facility can also be accessed via the Wordpress admin page, where a series of customised mailing list templates I designed are available.
I subsequently designed a second site for their nightclub events, Under the Stars, which will is managed from the same WP admin page and fed by the same news-feed: this way, the clients will be able to manage two websites centrally.

After a bad experience with a costly and over-complex e-commerce site, this renowned Sheffield establishment wanted a simple but slick website to reflect their stylish brand and new restaurant.
SEO was also key to ensure the Bragazzis website appeared top of Google searches above existing review-sites featuring the establishment. This was accomplished within a few weeks of the site going live.

The Sabretooth Records site required a dark, gritty feel to reflect the music. The holding page offers users direct access to all the relevant social media sites and mp3 download stores, as well as the full website itself- an acknowledgement that in this day and age, many music industry practitioners need to attract traffic to more than just their website.
The site was converted into HTML from a slick but rather user-unfriendly Flash-based site which was designed by another agency some years back. Some elements of animation have been maintained using jQuery and the clever use of gif files.

Alice and I’s travelling blog! We wanted an original, but incredibly easy to update site on which to post our experiences and photos in order keep in touch with family and friends. The CMS is powered by Wordpress. Now being turned into a book!

Artist Jenny Mathers required a simple but stylish site to boost her online presence and display her portfolio of work.

Music producer Tom Henthorn required a website to boost his profile and act as a showcase for his recording studio. Job done!

As a result of Sabretooth Records, I begun receiving enquiries regarding possible studio work. This site was to act as a marketing tool and portal for this.

Experiential Landscape are a research unit based at the University of Sheffield. Their website was to provide colleagues, clients and funding bodies with a multitude of information regarding their work, as well as full accessibility styling options for users with visual disabilities.
