Musician Matt Howden / Sieben provided me with a series of photos of himself, with the brief of manipulating them into eerie Victorian style images incorporating ‘green ectoplasm’. The first one was so successful it was later used as an album cover. In the bottom illustration, I took the opportunity to use my Photoshop skills to draw an eye to enhance the image for an A3 poster.

Under the Stars, a disability-friendly club night, commissioned an A5 flyer for their new event in Doncaster. They requested that a photo of the venue feature prominently on the front. The challenge was to use Photoshop to render it exciting, whilst not unrecognisable. The flyer back incorporates a wealth of information, all in accessible large font, and a map.

A smart e-flyer for a small party.

For the Sabretooth 2 album CD artwork, I begun by creating a 3D version of the Sabretooth Records logo in Sketch Up. I subsequently incorporated some futuristic machinery to the model, before layering it and rendering it in Photoshop.

For the first Sabretooth album, I used an old negative strip as the inspiration for the CD artwork. These rough textures were then merged with other images and rendered in Photoshop.
