I am first and foremost an extremely creative person. Since a young age I have always felt compelled to create things, and to this day I relish the process of absorbing myself in tweaking and perfecting every minute detail of a given project. Attention to detail or obsessive craftsmanship - call it what you will!
My professional experience in the creative and digital industries has enabled me to develop a wide range of skills over the years. I have a keen eye for design, which has been honed through my architecture degree and years of visual conception work. I am an extremely adept user of Photoshop, which allows me to rapidly turn any creative spark into reality. My knowledge of (X)HTML and CSS coding enables me to execute visually striking websites whilst adhering to W3C standards and industry best-practice. My proficiency with jQuery allows me to implement dynamic elements where necessary, from smooth animations to slick image galleries and comprehensive form validation. As a result of working for a variety of community organisations, I have also developed a keen interest in designing with accessibility and usability in mind.
